• How soon can I get a service estimate and what's the earliest you can begin our service?
We are usually able to meet you within 24-48 hours. We almost never have a delay of more than a week before we can get started on any type of job you may have.
• Why should I use a pool service?
Unless you like to service your pool for theapeutic reasons, or you need to care for it for financial reasons, having a professional pool service is the obvious choice to make. Your time is worth more than the cost of service. Think of the extra time to spend with family and other important pursuits. You will have less stress and less details to deal with. And you will definitely find more enjoyment from your pool.
• How do I know if I have a leak?
If you are losing 1/3 of an inch a day, you either have a leak, or swimmers are splashing a lot of water out.
• What kind of contractual agreement must I commit to for maintenance service?
We have a contract that explains our service and policies which you will sign, and it can be nullified by 15 days written notice in advance of termination.
• What qualifications do your service personnel have?
Our guys are well screened, solid citizens. Most have a family they are providing for and they are the kind of men that you can trust with anything. We have never had one instance of theft. Our customers with locks on their gates have no hesitation to hand us the key, combination number, or gate opener.
• How easy is it to communicate with FPS?
We have a live person in the office to answer your calls between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. You may have the cell phone number for your maintenance technician and the maintenance supervisor. It is our goal to respond to your calls on the same day.
• What is the extent of your pool services?
We can take care of every pool need except for digging and building a new pool.
Do you include chemicals in your cleaning service?
Yes, so you don't have to store chemicals on your property.
Are there any extra costs to service?
If you want us to remove scale from tile and rocks there will be a labor charge added. Also, if your pool buildsa high phosphate count there will be a minimal extra chemical cost to remove them. Every six month de or cartridge filter cleaning is additional to the regular service rate, as is cleanup of trees from major storms, vandalism, or construction debris such as nails in the pool.
